WEConnect International in Europe opens doors to new supply chains. Led by corporate members, it certifies firms in the Netherlands that are at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by women and connects them with the growing global demand from corporations and the public sector for diverse and innovative suppliers. The organization partners with corporations, associations, governments, women entrepreneurs and their supporters, and is affiliated with a global certification network for women-owned enterprises.

On 26 November 2014, WEConnect International corporate member Accenture welcomed woman business owners in Amsterdam for a workshop on the successful use of social media for business and an opportunity to network with other corporate members including Dell, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, MSD, and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
WEConnect International participated in our 5th event in the Netherlands on October 26, 2015: Vrouwelijke ondernemers in Rotterdam. The event featured (future) women entrepreneurs in the Rotterdam region. The workshops and on-site marketplace gave attendees knowledge and tools to grow their companies. Thanks to Peter Zerp at Accenture and former intern Sophie Peeters, WEConnect International was able to play a role in this important program.
On the 5th March 2015, WEConnect International hosted ‘Building Your Business - Planning Your Future’ with corporate member Accenture at Aegon’s offices in The Hague. The three organizations joined forces to bring together an interesting and inspiring afternoon for female entrepreneurs in The Netherlands.
